A regular built-in oven generally has an external width of 60 cm / 23.62 inches.
For these kind of ovens the PIZZA STONE size should be :
400 mm / 15.75 inches width  x  300 mm / 11.81 inches depth  x  30 mm / 1.18 inches thickness.

The larger "king-size" ovens generally have an external width of 90 cm / 35.43 inches.
For these ovens, the appropriate stone should be the PIZZA STONE "XL", with a size of :
600 mm / 23.62 inches width  x  300 mm / 11.81 inches depth  x  30 mm / 1.18 inches thickness.









If the interior width of your oven is smaller
because of its particular construction
or with a stronger insulation, we are able
to cut the PIZZA STONE / BREAD BAKING STONE
according to your oven's dimensions.

This width-cut costs EUR 10.00 / ± £ 8.40 per stone.

The

always has a standard depth
of 300 mm / 11.81 inches,
independent of its width.

For US-american "large-space" ovens
and other models which have more depth,
we have got the possibility of manufacturing
from large-format fire clay slabs :
custom sizes on your request
up to 500 mm / 19.68 inches width
and up to 400 mm / 15.75 inches depth.

For example a PIZZA STONE measuring
450 mm / 17.72 inches width
x 390 mm / 15.35 inches depth !

This rectangular custom cut costs
EUR 15.00 / ± £ 12.50 per stone.


You can determine the ideal dimensions for your PIZZA STONE / BREAD BAKING STONE by yourself
if deducting two centimetres at each side from the actual internal dimensions of your oven.

The inter-space between the PIZZA STONE / BREAD BAKING STONE and the oven wall
resulting thereof is required for a proper circulation of the hot air.

Please, notice :
The regular handling time for your order is two working days !

For the custom-cut of your PIZZA STONE / BREAD BAKING STONE, as well as
for the production of PIZZA STONES - versions "BBQ" and "XL" - in all sizes, please
allow us an additional manufacturing time of three up to seven working days.

So the custom-cut articles and the PIZZA STONES "BBQ" and "XL" will be
will be manufactured and dispatched within five up to nine working days
after payment being received.

Please take some additional working days into consideration for transportation time and delivery.


     

DIMENSION ACCURACY
The dimensions posted on this website are so called "Nominal Dimensions".
Due to the production of "crude-ceramics", it cannot be ruled out that the actual
dimensions of the PIZZA STONE / BREAD BAKING STONE have slight deviations.
With "slight", we mean a difference of +/- 3 % or +/- 10 mm / 0.39 inches.
